We provide oversight of the Quality Management System (QMS) and as part of our commitment to continual improvement, we measure, assess and report quality data while seeking ways to continually improve performance and results. We assist clients to improve the quality in their services in the biometric department.

We add value to your processes by assisting the team in determining root causes which in turn allow the corrective and preventive actions to be put into place. We continuously collect data of quality issues and compare over the time with the aim to reduce the quality issues over time by taking corrective and preventive actions. SPMS (Statistical Programming Management System) is used in Collection, Management, Analysis, and Reporting of this data.
